Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Sugar Ridge Inn is an adult only facility. Additional guests are approved in Fine Wine and Harvest Moon with an extra guest fee of $40/night (roll away bed required in Fine Wine and Harvest Moon)
Pets are not allowed. NO SMOKING INDOORS: Smoking permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area only. Absolutely NO smoking in any of the barns. Reservations require one night's security deposit per room to be paid at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival. We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Extended stays may qualify for reduced rates
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation or Questions: call 607-869-4096 (please leave a message and we will call you back) or email bb@sugarridgeinn.com. We require a 35% deposit to hold your room. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard. Sugar Ridge Inn cannot refund for cancellations due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Trip insurance is recommended. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. NO REFUNDS when canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Should your plans change prior to 14 days of your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit minus a $50/room/night cancellation fee.
